PITTSBURGH, Jan 31, 2012 Black Box Corporation announced that it has acquired InnerWireless, Inc. (InnerWireless), a privately-held company headquartered in Richardson, TX. InnerWireless is a leading provider of in-building DAS solutions for the enterprise market. InnerWireless is the first Black Box acquisition in the rapidly-growing in-building wireless market. InnerWireless enables mission and life critical in-building wireless in every industry from healthcare to Fortune 500 enterprises. The InnerWireless Horizon4GTM Distributed Antenna System (DAS) delivers guaranteed wireless coverage and engineered capacity for maintaining mobile connectivity and optimizing wireless service levels. InnerWireless sells and services solutions throughout the continental U.S. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
