Clayton Floyd

Clayton Floyd is a Venture Partner at Mobility Ventures who brings a combination of investment and operational knowledge with a background in entrepreneurial undertakings. Clayton founded his own investment company, CastleStone Capital, focusing his investments in the Tech, Healthcare and Finance sectors.  As an entrepreneur he is a founder at Zeusolgy and Decisium.

Clayton has also consulted several start-ups in formation, strategy and operations.  Previously he served as General Manager of a leading Dallas area medical practice which provided him with a unique blend of experience in a range of key operational areas.  In this capacity he executed the selection and implementation of several advanced software systems while overseeing the firm’s Human Resource, Finance and Risk Management areas as well as developing the online presence. Clayton is a self-taught developer which has given him deep insights into software, hardware and the cloud, enabling him to spot the latest Internet and mobile trends. An avid reader and full of curiosity, Clayton is also fearless explorer having traveled to over 20 countries across 4 continents. He is a graduate of Tulane University.
