RICHARDSON, Texas–(BUSINESS WIRE)–InnerWireless®, Inc., the leading provider of in-building wireless solutions, today announced that it will deploy its broadband, wireless infrastructure, called Horizon, at the Foote Health System campus, located in Jackson, Mich. With Horizon, the 411-bed hospital will have guaranteed wireless coverage for mission- and life-critical wireless services and devices including cellular phones, VoIP, 802.11 a/b/g and wireless medical telemetry service (WMTS) for uninterrupted monitoring of patient vital signs.
Clinicians can now access patient information wirelessly via VoIP phones, computers on wheels, laptops and other devices from anywhere in the hospital, and with InnerWireless, we no longer have spotty VoIP coverage, so everyone is reachable.
